미국에서 인구가 가장 밀집한 두 개의 주, 텍사스와 플로리다는 허리케인으로 황폐화되었다. 그런데도 워싱턴은 지금 또 다른 전쟁을 획책하고 있다.
미국의 국가채무는 현재 20조 달러를 넘었으면서도 워싱턴은 또 다른 전쟁을 획책하고 있다.
전 세계가 워싱턴의 또 다른 전쟁책동을 돕고 있다. 여기에는 자신들이 미국의 표적 국가인 러시아와 중국도 포함되어 있다. 이 두 나라는 미국의 공격 표적임에도 불구하고 워싱턴의 또 다른 전쟁 책동을 돕고 있는 것이다.
믿건 말건, 러시아와 중국 두 나라는 북조선에 대한 유엔 안전보장이사회의 보다 더 가혹한 제재를 가하는 결의안에 워싱턴과 함께 찬성표를 던졌다.
미국의 위협으로부터 자기 자신을 보호할 수단을 가지기를 원하는 것 외 아무런 잘못도 없는 나라, 그리고 미국이 꾸민 쿠데타에 의해 전복되어, 지금은 빈국으로 전락되어 가난에 허덕이는 아프가니스탄, 이라크, 리비아, 소말리아, 예멘, 시리아, 세르비아, 그리고 우크라이나 등과 같은 미국의 또 다른 희생양이 되지 않으려고 애쓰는 북조선,
그런 북조선에 대해 보다 가혹한 추가제재를 가하는 유엔 안전보장이사회 결의에 워싱턴을 따라 러시아와 중국이 찬성표를 던졌다.
나는 한때 러시아와 중국은 미국의 유일패권주의에 대해 제동을 걸 것으로 생각했는데, 이는 완전히 빗나간 것이었다. 두 정부는 미국의 침략으로부터 자국의 주권을 지키기 위하여 충분한 무장을 하려고 애쓰는 북조선을 징벌하려는 워싱턴 앞에 무릎을 꿇고 함께 찬성표를 던진 것이다.
진보적인 리비아 정부군이 반란군에 대해 공중 폭격을 시작했을 때, 리비아 정부를 전복하고 그 지도자 가다피를 살해하려는 미국 CIA에 의해 조직된 “지하드”를 돕기 위해, 워싱턴과 나토가 앞장서서 작성한 리비아 비행금지구역 유엔 결의를 지지했던 잘못을 러시아와 중국은 왜 북조선에 대해서도 또다시 반복하는가?
러시아는 그들이 미국의 핵으로 무장한 해외군사기지에 포위돼 있다는 사실을 의식하고 있다. 이 점은 중국도 마찬가지이다.
문제는 왜 러시아와 중국 두 나라가 겁을 먹고 항복한 것인가이다.
혹시 워싱턴과의 협력이 워싱턴을 치려는 그들 자신의 책략에서 나온 것일까?
또는 뭔가 잘못 보고 있는 두 정부가 미국의 북조선에 대한 군사공격에 직면할 것을 회피하기 위해 워싱턴과의 협력을 도모하고 있는 것인가?
불의와 대결하기 위해서는 상당한 역량을 필요로 한다.
그리고 러시아와 중국이 가지고 있는 역량보다 워싱턴에 내재하는 불의의 힘이 아마도 더 클 것 같다. 러시아와 중국 두 나라는 상당한 규모의 부강한 나라가 되려고 한다면 아마 그들의 주권과 생존에 대한 대가를 치러야 할 것 같다.
잠재적인 강국으로서의 러시아와 중국이 유엔 안전보장이사회에서 워싱턴의 압력에 굴복하여 무너지는 것을 당신이 볼 때, 워싱턴의 많은 약점이 실재하고 있는 여러 가지 분석과 또 이 현실을 만약 러시아와 중국이 알고 있다면, 이러한 사태는 당신을 불가사의한 일이라고 생각하게 할 것이다.
그래도 워싱턴의 세계적 헤게모니를 저해하고 있는 중국과 러시아가 그들 자신의 세력권 안에 있는 한 작은 나라를 지금까지 괴롭혀오고 있는 확실한 적국인 미국을 돕고 있는 현실을 어떻게 설명해야 할 것인가?
러시아가 워싱턴의 거짓선전을 바탕으로 북조선 제재에 동참한다면, 미국이 러시아와는 아무 상관이 없는 미국의 거짓선전만으로 러시아를 제재할 때 러시아는 이에 대해 어떤 논리로 불평할 수 있겠는가?
러시아와 중국은 북조선의 핵 무력에서 두려울 것이 아무것도 없다. 사실에 있어서는 북조선을 공격하려는 일개 국가 외에는 어느 나라도 북조선의 핵무기를 두려워하지 않는다.
이럼에도 불구하고 북조선에 대한 적대정책인 워싱턴의 대외정책 대열에 동참하는 러시아와 중국이, 만약 워싱턴의 대외정책이 러시아와 중국에 대한 적대정책임을 알았을 때 그들은 워싱턴에 대해 무엇을 근거로 항의할 수 있을까?
바로 요 며칠 전에 미국은 남중국해에 대해 중국이 미국이 아닌 자신의 영해라는 생각을 확실하게 단념하도록 남중국해에 해군함정을 증강하고 있다고 발표하였다.
요 며칠 전에도 러시아에 대한 미국 선거개입 비난이 기승을 부리고 있다. 이번에는 페이스북(Facebook)이 선동 장치로 이용되어 러시아가 미국 대통령 선거를 훔쳐갔다고 떠들고 있다.
워싱턴의 위와 같은 입장은 아주 터무니없는 것이다. 그렇지만 그와 같은 터무니없는 주장들이 마치 사실인 것처럼 돼가고 있다. 이런 놀라운 거짓놀음은 세계 전체에서 진행되고 있고, 유엔과 안전보장이사회 역시 워싱턴에 의해 이 구도 속에 완전히 사로잡혀 있다.
이제 러시아와 중국마저도 더 이상 그들 자신의 국가이익을 제대로 볼 것 같지 않다.
러시아와 중국은 워싱턴과 함께 그들 자신의 멸망을 향하여 손에 손을 잡고 나아가고 있다.
세상사는 성경 말씀처럼 돼 가고 있다. 예수 크리스트 반대자인 워싱턴이 지구상의 모든 (善)을 파괴하고 있다.

| The 4th Media, Just Another Voice Two of America’s most populous states, Texas and Florida, are in hurricane ruins, and Washington is fomenting more wars. The US national debt is now over $20 trillion, and Washington is fomenting more wars. The entire world is helping Washington foment wars—including two targeted countries themselves—Russia and China—both of which are helping Washington foment more wars. Believe it or not, both Russia and China voted with Washington on the UN Security Council to impose more and harsher sanctions on North Korea, a country guilty of nothing but a desire to have the means to protect itself from the US and not become yet another Washington victim like Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Serbia, and Ukraine overthrown in a US coup and now poverty-stricken. I once thought that Russia and China were checks on Washington’s unilateralism, but apparently not. Both governments have been knuckled under by Washington and both voted to punish North Korea for striving to be sufficiently armed to protect its sovereignty from Washington. Why are Russia and China repeating their same mistake that they made when they supported Washington’s no-fly UN resolution for Libya, a resolution that Washington and NATO stood on its head when they launched air attacks that helped the CIA organized “jihadists” overthrow Libya’s progressive government and murder Gaddafi? Russia knows that it is surrounded by US nuclear and military bases. So does China. The question is: Have Russia and China capitulated out of fear? Or is their cooperation with Washington a ruse while they prepare their own strike on Washington, It requires much competence to confront evil, and there is probably more evil in Washington than there is competence in Russia and China, two countries interested in being rich to an extent that it might cost them their sovereignty and existence. When you see such potentially powerful countries as Russia and China collapse under Washington’s pressure in the UN Security Council, it makes you wonder if the various analyses of Washington’s many weaknesses are real, and if they are real, if Russia and China are aware of them. How does one go about explaining why two countries, whose sovereignty is in the way of Washington’s world hegemony, help their known enemy bully yet another small country, especially one in their orbit of influence? How can Russia complain of sanctions against Russia based on nothing but Washington’s propaganda when Russia supports sanctions against North Korea based on Washington’s propaganda? Russia and China have nothing to fear from North Korean nuclear weapons. Indeed, no one does except a country that attacks North Korea. What is the explanation for Russia and China lining up with Washington’s foreign policy against North Korea when Russia and China know that Washington’s foreign policy is hostile to Russia and China? Just the other day Washington announced that it was increasing its navy warships in the South China Sea to make sure China doesn’t think the South China Sea is Chinese, instead of American, territorial waters. Just the other day more election interfering charges were leveled against Russia. This time Facebook was the mechanism by which Russia stole the US presidential election. These positions taken by Washington are absurd. Yet, they are becoming the reality. The frightening development is that the entire world, the entirely of the UN and Security Council are now captured by Washington in The Matrix. It seems that not even Russia and China can any longer see their own national interest. Russia and China are working hand-in-hand with Washington toward their own demise. It is becoming biblical. Washington the anti-Christ is subverting all good on earth. Behold, a Pale Horse, and its Rider is Washington.
